REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 24 September 2026

Sultan Capital Management Consultancy aims to provide students with an opportunity to understand the course and decide whether they wish to continue.

1. 100% First-Class Refund

If a student attends the first class and decides that they do not wish to continue with the course, the student may request a 100% refund of the course fee paid.

This applies to both online and offline course enrollments, subject to the conditions stated below.

2. Refund Request Period

The refund request must be submitted after the student’s first class and before attending or accessing the second class/session.

A student who continues attending subsequent classes or continues using substantial course content after the first class may no longer be eligible for the first-class refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

The student must contact Sultan Capital Management Consultancy and clearly state that they wish to discontinue the course and request a refund under the First-Class Refund Policy.

4. Refund Amount

For an eligible refund request, 100% of the course fee paid will be refunded.

No deduction will be made from the course fee under this First-Class Refund Policy, except where a deduction is required by applicable law or where a separate third-party charge cannot legally be reversed.

5. Refund Processing

Once the refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The refund may take approximately 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

Third-party banking or payment-processing delays are outside our direct control.

6. After the First Class

Except for rights available under applicable law, the First-Class Refund Policy does not apply after the student has attended, accessed, or continued with subsequent classes/sessions.

Any other refund request will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable laws.

7. Course Cancellation by Sultan Capital Management Consultancy

If Sultan Capital Management Consultancy cancels a course or is unable to provide the purchased course/service, the company will communicate the available options to affected students and provide any refund required under the applicable terms and laws.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to restrict any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
